The XBD-SC fire constant pressure tangent pump (horizontal) has the characteristics of variable flow and stable pressure, that is, within the full flow range, the head does not change much, and basically has the characteristics of quasi constant pressure. Therefore, it is called the XBD system constant pressure fire pump, which avoids the phenomenon of ordinary centrifugal pumps being overpressure at small flow rates and unable to supply water at large flow rates in the fire scene.

Based on the characteristics of the constant pressure fire pump itself and the specific situation of our company, the constant pressure fire pump adopts a horizontal structure. For constant pressure fire pumps below 75kW (including 75kW), a vertical structure can also be used. The entire series uses Y2 type direct coupled motors with extended shafts, eliminating couplings, which greatly improves the reliability of the pump unit; The constant pressure fire pump adopts a radial open impeller, axial force sand hole, and no mouth ring, which prevents rust and biting, thus ensuring smooth operation, low noise, and long service life.

The pump casing is made of cast iron, and other overcurrent components can be made of stainless steel, bronze, or other corrosion-resistant materials according to the specific needs of the user.

XBD series constant pressure fire pump is mainly used for water supply of fixed fire fighting systems (hydrant fire extinguishing system, automatic sprinkler system and water spray fire extinguishing system) in industrial and civil buildings. In addition, it can also be used for water supply systems shared by fire fighting and life (production), as well as various occasions such as building, municipal, industrial and mining, boiler water supply, etc.
